The Tampa Medical Tower is the medical office building adjacent to the St. Joseph's Hospital campus on W Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd.
Parking & Arrival
- Free patient parking. Park in any of the green Patient Parking lots — there are lots on the south, east, and far side of the building.
If those lots are full
Extra parking is on the upper deck of the garage. It's easy to miss, so follow the route on the map:
- Turn in at the Main Entrance off W Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd.
- Drive up to the building and turn right at the stop sign.
- Turn left at the next stop sign.
- Continue to the back-right (northeast) corner and take the U-ramp up to the deck.
A secondary entrance is also on N Habana Ave, just north of the Shell station.
Once inside, take the elevator to the 5th floor — we're in Suite 570.

Driving Directions
From I-275 (any direction)
Take Exit 46B — Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd (SR 574) and head west. The Tampa Medical Tower is about one mile ahead, adjacent to the St. Joseph's Hospital campus.
From the north — Wesley Chapel, New Tampa, Lutz, Carrollwood
Take I-275 South to Exit 46B and head west on Martin Luther King Jr Blvd.
From Pinellas — St. Petersburg, Clearwater
Take I-275 North across the Howard Frankland Bridge, continue past Westshore, then take Exit 46B and head west on Martin Luther King Jr Blvd.
From the east — Brandon, Riverview, Plant City
Take I-4 West toward Tampa, merge onto I-275 North, then take Exit 46B and head west on Martin Luther King Jr Blvd.
